The kitchen misses orders, so some clients eat and others do not. When notifying they missed an order it takes the kitchen another 45 min and still nothing.They can keep blaming it on the kitchen staff but we all know that's not the case. We had to get up to fetch the manager and found that she knew about the issue but decided to ignore the issue . Must I remind this was not even a large or complicated order-even the entire massive restaurant wasn't even packed or a bit busy as usual. I guess that's what you can expect if the owner even drinks and sit on his ass among clients. This is probably the turning point of the restaurant where the owner only cares about his income instead of the quality of the restaurant . Important note. This is not the waiters and waitresses fault but of the manager/s and I feel bad that this had to come out of their own expense.
