I recently ordered a paint-by-numbers kit from Paint By Designs, and I am absolutely blown away by their service! The product I wanted had been out of stock for a while, and after missing the chance to order it twice already, I was thrilled to receive a notification that it was available again. I placed my order immediately, not realising that the Black Friday prices hadn’t been loaded yet. When I noticed this afterwards, I emailed them to query it. They responded so kindly and offered to refund the difference to me. The refund was processed straight away, and I received it the very next day. This morning, my kit arrived as promised, and I am super excited to start my project! Calm, beauty and skills development ALL IN ONE!!
I had a little hick-up when I started my first design but this was quickly sorted out by Kyle. Thank you Kyle for assistance!! I am a nail technician and doing my first art work has definitely improved my nail art skills!! Just love love how art are visible everywhere!! To create your own calm.....this is the way to go!! I can sit for hours and see how my art develop and grow right infront of my eyes!! Cannot wait for new stock to arrive and definitely already added my custom designs to my cart!!

Good day, i have placed an order on the 17th of May and since then i have not received any feedback on my order, after sending emails and trying to contact the via social media the have since not responded. Im concerned that this may have been a ****.

Poor Communication / Feedback
Ordered 2 paintings from the company on Wednesday and have been trying to get hold of them since Thursday morning, but have had no response. All I am trying to find out if the goods have left their premises, who the courier is and what the waybill number is, will then follow up myself. Starting to worry that I will not be receiving my paintings and have lost my money,

No Feedback. Do not adhere to their own advertised timelines.
I ordered 11 Jan 2023. It is now 20 Jan 2023. Their website states: "If you have placed your order after 2pm, we will pack your order and dispatch the next day. The parcel will then arrive at your chosen location within 5 working days thereafter." None of these things have happened. They took 6 days to complete my order. It's now 3 days later, I am still waiting and now they are trying to place the blame on the courier. I called the courier myself and got the real story.

I ordered 8 paintings from this company. All were delivered timeously, however, I discovered that the paint provided for one of the canvases were.dry. I emailed them and advised them asking if they could resend fresh paint. I did not hear from them. After advising that I was prepared to go to Facebook and Hellopeter with their service. They responded within minutes, advising that my emails had gone to SPAM, they apologized for the paint sent and said they would send a new painting. I am still waiting.
