No Feedback. Do not adhere to their own advertised timelines.

I ordered 11 Jan 2023. It is now 20 Jan 2023.

Their website states: "If you have placed your order after 2pm, we will pack your order and dispatch the next day. The parcel will then arrive at your chosen location within 5 working days thereafter."

None of these things have happened. They took 6 days to complete my order. It's now 3 days later, I am still waiting and now they are trying to place the blame on the courier.

I called the courier myself and got the real story.
