<p>Phoned on the 18 February 2017 to arrange installation for a Explora Decoder. I explain to the guy that installation can only happen on Monday 20 February 2017 due to my working hours and that there will be someone at my premises on this day, other days in the week would be impossible. He told me no problem they will contact me on Monday 20 February 2017 to arrange installation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Received phone call to say that they arrange installation for Thuesday. My question now is how do they want to enter my premises to do the installation if there will be nobody at home?</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very poor arrangements from Pal Electronics.</p>
