Misled by Pam Golding

The house we purchased was not explained or as described as sold. The transfer of the ownership was held up pending the NHBRC certificate. That I was told was produced and the transfer completed and I instructed the office on numerous occasions to forward it to my insurance comoany and myself. This never happened to date making the house not able to be insured. It has been vandalised all copper and wiring water geysers and piping stripped, all copper removed. Pam Golding Dullstroom is aware of this issue but doers nothing. The agent Fraser ignors the severity of the situation. This issue needs to be resolved. Mislead in almost every way by Pam Golding.
