Title: Property Advertised Without Valid Mandate – No Resolution
I am lodging a formal public complaint regarding Pam Golding Properties Bloemfontein for continuing to market my property without a valid mandate.
Timeline of events:
• 16 August 2025 – Sole mandate signed for a period of one month • 16 September 2025 – Mandate expired • 27 November 2025 – Written instruction sent to remove the property from their books • 29 November 2025 – Follow-up confirmation that the property is no longer on the market
Despite this, the property remains actively advertised on multiple platforms, including:
- Pam Golding website - Private Property - Property24
The Pam Golding marketing board also remained outside my property until January 2026, when I removed it myself.
I have escalated this matter:
- To Pam Golding Head Office (acknowledged, no resolution) - Attempted submission to the PPRA (emails rejected by their mail system)
Key concern: I am unaware of any valid mandate authorising Pam Golding Properties to continue marketing my property.
This raises serious concerns regarding:
- Misrepresentation of a property listing - Marketing without instruction or authority
I formally request:
1. Immediate removal of all listings across all platforms 2. Written confirmation of removal 3. Documentary proof of any alleged valid mandate
Failing this, I will continue formal escalation through regulatory channels.
