WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

My partner and I had a severely disappointing experience at Pamensky Spa, Hartebee.

On arrival, no one was at reception—we waited 10 minutes until someone appeared and casually said he was in a meeting.

We were given dirty slippers with the excuse that new ones were “on order.”

The lockers had no locks, so belongings were left unsecured.

During our session, the the******s played music from their phones, claiming the speakers were broken. No one informed us of the oils being used, which is concerning for allergies.

The entire place was unclean—the jacuzzi and pool were extremely dirty.

Overall, this was the worst spa experience we’ve ever had—completely unacceptable and not worth the money.
