Unprofessional.
Tried on making a booking and they are so unprofessional. The lady is so impatient and they even don’t like picking up calls. I sent them WhatsApp messages around 12 in the afternoon but they responded only after 5 pm with a video of an ugly room. Asked them if there won’t be available room for Saturday then they started ignoring me again.

My spouse and I recently celebrated our anniversary, and these two ladies made the occasion truly special and memorable. Their attention to detail ahnd effort was exceptional.
