They offered me a credit card and I took the offer and started with the application. They requested some documents and I submitted them they even sent a debit order mandate to my bank and I accepted the debicheck. Now they asking for marriage certificate and I did send it and even gave them a call and they acknowledged that they got it. It’s been 7 days now and they still haven’t finalised my application. My problem is that they send a debit order mandate before finalising the application. I don’t like their process at all because there are many ****mers out there. Why make me accept debicheck whereas the application is not finalised. I highly don’t recommend anyone to go to Nedbank for any services.
Tried on making a booking and they are so unprofessional. The lady is so impatient and they even don’t like picking up calls. I sent them WhatsApp messages around 12 in the afternoon but they responded only after 5 pm with a video of an ugly room. Asked them if there won’t be available room for Saturday then they started ignoring me again.
Never ever study with Richfield. Their attorneys (Hartman) are very unprofessional. You will make arrangement to pay and sign AOD but they will still harass you for payment before the date you agreed on. Even after making payment they will still harass you and not even acknowledge the payment that you made. When trying to call them they don’t answer. I am starting to think it’s a **** because they are not picking up my calls but they are sending me messages.
They are ****s. They promise that they will pay you R500 if they can’t beat your current insurance but they not doing that. They asked me to send them my PL schedule and they have been ignoring me. I even sent a follow up but still nothing. They just like to waste other people’s time and energy with their expensive insurance.
Vodacom doesn’t want me to cancel my contract with them. Contract was 36 months but now they added another 6 months and when I ask them what is going on they don’t care, they tell me lies. Now after the added 6 months when I try to cancel they tell me they can only cancel after a month. They are advising me to take another contract. I don’t recommend anyone to use Vodacom. I am going to change my network. Vodacom is a ****.
I have been calling Experian since Tuesday 28 of January 2025 the whole day with no luck. I tried again the following days still the same issue. I sent an email still no response. Thos is really frustrating.
I called Standard Bank debt review department many times but no oanswer, I even left a message for them to call me but still they haven’t called me back. They are so ***********. I want to make a payment but now I can’t because no one is willing to pick up the phone. They will end up blaming me for paying them late whereas is their fault. They are working remotely sleeping. They dont take their jobs seriously. I will never ever in my life use standard bank again. I don’t even recommend anyone to use standard bank.
The debt collectors keep on calling my number whereas I gave them the correct persons number to call. I keep on telling them that I am not stying with the person that they are looking for but still they keep on harassing me. They even sent me sms addressing me as the person who has account with them. They just using my number even though im not the right person so that means they wont get their money because they are not addressing the correct person. Home choice Debt collectors are just lazy, they are just using my number just to put something on record. I feel harassed. STOP IT Liquidfin
I am not happy at all with cartrack. I told them I am no longer using standard bank and using TymeBank and they said they can't debit TymeBank. I asked them to please stop debiting standard bank as I'm no longer using the bank and the consultant agreed. I told them I will make eft payment and they agreed but now they keep 9n debiting my standard bank account and the debit order keep on bouncing back and the bank charges me R150 for a returned debit order. I can't keep 9n paying for cartrack and the debit orders that keep on bouncing. I regret taking a contract with cartrack company.
