I ordered using the Panarottis app for the very first time and I'm deleting it after writing this review. My order was 'being prepared' at 19h13, I arrived at the wrong Panarottis at Centurion lifestyle Center at 20h15, they assisted me swiftly and I went to Panarottis Centurion Mall. I arrived latest at 20h30, expecting cold pizzas on account of my lateness, greeted by many waiters/waitresses at the desk. One of which told us to take a seat, after I showed them the order. We waited until 22h20 before we were checked back in on, and apparently our orders had been prepared. We eventually left Panarottis Centurion Mall at 23h00. I cannot recommend the app after that experience.

just now New On Monday the 23rd June 2025 I took my family to your restaurant for my husband's 53 birthday. Everyone enjoyed the food the atmosphere and just some quality time. You guys did such a great job my father even went back this past week that's how much he enjoyed it. I love the play area for my little one and she loved the kid's Alfredo. You will definitely see us again..

just now New On Monday the 23rd June 2025 I took my family to your restaurant for my husband's 53 birthday. Everyone enjoyed the food the atmosphere and just some quality time. You guys did such a great job my father even went back this past week that's how much he enjoyed it. I love the play area for my little one and she loved the kid's Alfredo. You will definitely see us again..

The food was good, and our waiter provided excellent service - friendly and attentive throughout. However, the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant left a lot to be desired and unfortunately ruined the experience. The restaurant was extremely cold.!!!There were no gas heaters or warm air from the air conditioning system to provide any comfort. It honestly felt like we were sitting outside in the middle of winter. Our pizza turned cold almost immediately, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. This was, without a doubt, one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I've had. If the owner is serious about customer retention and improving the experience, something needs to be done about the indoor temperature and comfort. Warm, welcoming ambiance matters just as much as food and service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, the potential is there, but the environment needs major attention.
