Unprofessional and poor customer service I experienced with panel City my car have been at panel City Umtata Vulindlela heights since 20 June 2023, my claim was approved and repair authorization letter was sent on 30 June 2023 on the 10th July I was called to pay axcess deposit of which I did pay on the 1th of July till to date they are still waiting for parts for a vw car, what is more frustrating and disgusting is they don't keep me updated of what is happening with my car I have to call them myself and I asked them nicely to please keep me posted and that is not happening last week I was told the parts are back order and I asked what does that even mean and I was told they have been ordered outside South Africa, my insurance is also not helping Affinity Insurance cause they not even returning my calls as well
