Poor Workmanship & deliberate damage to property

Having to travel 230 km to be messed around with, after a bumper respray I spotted a scratch on the edge of the bumper, a massive gap between the bumper and fender lastly it was the clear coat that was pilled off because of there aggressive masking tape on the fender. A complaint was raised an told to bring it back, in which nothing was done to correct poor workmanship. Upon taking delivery of the car for the send time.
