I bought two coffee tables, Alexa and Juno. The Alexa top support was stretched beyond its ductility, and the Juno Caesar-stone top was chipped. The next day after the purchase, I went to the shop to report the damages and to request the exchange of damaged parts. They opted for shop displays with scratches for an exchange.
I Purchased 200gb for R2000 on the 5th of May till to date haven't got my data nor my cash back since Is what I want now a refund that's it. I've since reported this matter numerous times all they say is 24-48 hours.
