I write this with a heavy heart, as I’ve always been a strong advocate for your practice. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. On the 30th, I brought May in because she was clearly unwell. Despite multiple tests and consultations, no one could provide a diagnosis or even a clear direction. This week, I was advised to proceed with an invasive procedure involving a camera down her throat. I nearly agreed—until I sought a second opinion. To my absolute shock, the other vet diagnosed her immediately: Kennel Cough. I cannot understand how this was missed, especially after I shared videos of her symptoms. This is a common condition that should have been identified early on. Instead, I spent a significant amount of money and endured days of uncer*****y, while May continued to suffer. I am extremely upset. This experience has shaken my trust, and I feel let down by a team I once wholeheartedly supported.
