Serious Legal and Warranty Issues with PanSolutions Pretoria East

I am extremely dissatisfied with Pansolutions Pretoria East’s service. I purchased a solar system from them, and they have failed to provide the Certificate of Compliance (CoC), which is legally required under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

To make matters worse, they falsely claim my warranty has expired, despite the warranty still being active. Repeated emails and phone calls have been ignored. This company seems unwilling to take responsibility for their legal and professional obligations.

New ownership should not absolve the company from honoring its commitments and complying with the law. If I do not receive a response soon, I will escalate this to the Consumer Protection Commission and other relevant authorities.
