I am extremely dissatisfied with Pansolutions Pretoria East’s service. I purchased a solar system from them, and they have failed to provide the Certificate of Compliance (CoC), which is legally required under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. To make matters worse, they falsely claim my warranty has expired, despite the warranty still being active. Repeated emails and phone calls have been ignored. This company seems unwilling to take responsibility for their legal and professional obligations. New ownership should not absolve the company from honoring its commitments and complying with the law. If I do not receive a response soon, I will escalate this to the Consumer Protection Commission and other relevant authorities.

Unfortunately, this is a bad review for a company that has ********* business practices and is not aligned to SA's constitution. I have to put this here as this type of business exploits some of its employees, favours others and does not deserve support.

Very disappointing service from Pansolutions Ermelo. We paid for an internet service to be rendered by them as promised but its been almost a month, no service rendered. We have been very patient with them and have tried to contact their offices for a refund to our business account and they said that they have refunded the money to our account but there's still no funds refunded whatsoever... please assist

Despite multiple attempts they have not changed the banking details on my wifi account and it's 9 months later. The rep is now completely ignoring me! The wifi is through Vodacom, but pan solutions is the company managing all my telecoms accounts!!! I am furious as this has cost me thousands and is still not sorted out!! DO NOT use them!!!

We hired a printer from Pansolutions in Polokwane with a 0% increase of installments and we can call for any problems we have and they will send someone to assist. Well, that was a total lie. So far, since 2018, the installment has gone up by around R200 and at that apparent 0% increase. Then when we call for assistance, the employees have attitudes with us. Despite our many attempts of getting hold of them and getting them here, we took matters into our own hands and asked another supplier to assist us. This supplier said they deliver consumables to clients that use the same printer. They informed us that the toner needs powder and replaced it for us. We reported all these problems and still no service was given from them. The one lady said head office will give us a call the 15th June but nothing happened. When we called her she said, in a rude way, that she did give our complaint through. What are we to do about this? We are seriously unhappy about the none service we are getting.
