We were not aware of the package being delivered to us on 25/11/2022 and we were off to town. When the driver called, I informed him that we will be there in 10min. He then said we must chill, he will make a turn at around 5pm. We got back home, as we said, around 10min after the call and waited just under an hour for the package. We tried calling but no answer. We tried to call the customer center and also no answer. We left a message on their site, as well as emailed them and they did not get back to us. The 26/11/2022 came and we eventually contacted the call center who said that the package will be delivered before 13:00. It is now past one and they have not delivered anything. Very poor service and aftersales.
We bought a Defy fridge in October 2020(cash). Six months later, when we got home to take out meat to start dinner, all the meat was defrosted and rotten. We logged a call last week Monday, 26 April 2021, and got our job number. Up until today, when they said they sending a technician, we ha e had no feedback or any technician in site. I called them twice and all they say is they will escelate the call. We are sitting with a broken, brand new, fridge and all our groceries are going off. Under warranty, we should actually be getting a new fridge delivered to us and they should take this one back for repair. I need help.
We hired a printer from Pansolutions in Polokwane with a 0% increase of installments and we can call for any problems we have and they will send someone to assist. Well, that was a total lie. So far, since 2018, the installment has gone up by around R200 and at that apparent 0% increase. Then when we call for assistance, the employees have attitudes with us. Despite our many attempts of getting hold of them and getting them here, we took matters into our own hands and asked another supplier to assist us. This supplier said they deliver consumables to clients that use the same printer. They informed us that the toner needs powder and replaced it for us. We reported all these problems and still no service was given from them. The one lady said head office will give us a call the 15th June but nothing happened. When we called her she said, in a rude way, that she did give our complaint through. What are we to do about this? We are seriously unhappy about the none service we are getting.
