Very poor service and very unprofessional!
Despite multiple attempts they have not changed the banking details on my wifi account and it's 9 months later. The rep is now completely ignoring me! The wifi is through Vodacom, but pan solutions is the company managing all my telecoms accounts!!! I am furious as this has cost me thousands and is still not sorted out!! DO NOT use them!!!

Disgusting..CTM Bloemfontein
My husband and I spent an hour at CTM yesterday picking out tiles. We came in as soon as it opened this morning to buy everything we needed to re-do out kitchen. First we were told that we could rent a tile cutter, which was not the case so we would have to buy one. Second they didnt have stock of the one tile we wanted...fair enough, six tile choices later, they didnt have stick of a single tile that we picked out! Completely unacceptable, yet all 7 of the tiles we have chosen were on the showroom floor! Needless to say we cant re-do our kitchen!
