We hired a printer from Pansolutions in Polokwane with a 0% increase of installments and we can call for any problems we have and they will send someone to assist. Well, that was a total lie. So far, since 2018, the installment has gone up by around R200 and at that apparent 0% increase. Then when we call for assistance, the employees have attitudes with us. Despite our many attempts of getting hold of them and getting them here, we took matters into our own hands and asked another supplier to assist us. This supplier said they deliver consumables to clients that use the same printer. They informed us that the toner needs powder and replaced it for us. We reported all these problems and still no service was given from them. The one lady said head office will give us a call the 15th June but nothing happened. When we called her she said, in a rude way, that she did give our complaint through. What are we to do about this? We are seriously unhappy about the none service we are getting.
