Unprofessional business.

We have booked into this lodge at 34 Gardinia street, Randpark Ridge on Sunday night.which we have found on Air bnb. We have paid in full for our stay. Last night the owner Bernadett, demanded more payment for another nights stay, threatened us with the police. Took our wifi away and switched off the electricity. We have paid her in full. She has been treating us like we are a bunch of animals. The whole week that we stayed here, we haven't had our bedding changed or given fresh towels. Our place has also not been cleaned up once. While we getting changed, she just walks into our room while we standing there naked. This is so unprofessional.
