They have a problem with young couples, I think merely because after showing her my ID the treatment changed. The room I paid for wasn't even given to me as an option but I paid for it. This lady that helped me gave me a messed up room (Not that it was untidy) however the room didn't have what was advertised, e.g Air Con.
I mean it's always humid here in Durban and that's exactly what me and my partner always want in our room since we have it in our home. The lady that assisted in checking in was made aware of the faults and she then decided to go home without sorting them out after I had went down to the reception twice and the second time I stayed there cause I didn't get any assistance after 30 minutes of our arrival.
They had the liver to tell us we won't get a refund if we leave but they're at fault. Basically they forced us into staying since we weren't comfortable anymore. I even told the elderly lady that ended up assisting that you can't purchase something based on adverti*****t and be good with everything and everyone if you can't see what you paid for, it makes no sense.
