Yhoooo - I made a mistake with my booking - I asked them to change my booking- they kept giving me numbers to call until they blocked my numbers- They told me there’s nothing they can do I must just rebook - no refund not amendments nothing- I have lost that money for booking-The booking haven’t even come yet- they can still sell or rent it out the room to someone else- but they were not willing to assist- until they blocked my calls - wowww

Had a great stay with Parade Hotel. We booked in for two nights. Unfortunately the agent we used mes up our booking (agado). We did not receive a room even close to our requests. The staff was very helpful and made sure we were a little bit more comfortable the 1st night, by the second night we were fully sorted with all that we asked for. Thank you Parade Hotel for helping out where it was possible. Thank for the friendly staff and all the good times.

Had a great stay with Parade Hotel. We booked in for two nights. Unfortunately the agent we used mes up our booking (agado). We did not receive a room even close to our requests. I recently booked a hotel in Durban for 3 days. The hotel yhay I booked was Parade Hotel in North Beach, KZN. Everything' about that hotel was professionally done.

I recently booked at Parade Hotel in Durban for 3 days. The, room, the staff, the breakfast and security staff were very excellent. I will definitely book the hotel again, in my next vacation.

Booked for my family to stay a nite due to unforeseen circumstances but standard and quality was bad .... firstly tv signal not working properly call reception sent Simone to check said reception faulty ... nothing he can do .... secondly breakfast scones hard over a day old, croissants burnt , no choice if u don't eat beef or pork , beef sausages dry looked like from yesterday as well , baked beam thick and dry probably yesterday's tooo ... waiters or servers didn't want to take away dirty dishes hard to call then each time . I call management this morning to tell them about the experience the manager a lady was unemotional just kept apologies noting she knew about bad service... also said scones baked fresh yesterday for today LOL ... I am a chef how freaking idiotic is she to tell me this . Her customer care skills pathetic ... couldn't even invite back to say sorry for **** stay wasted my hard earned... well we will never go back there for ****ty food and service

They have a problem with young couples, I think merely because after showing her my ID the treatment changed. The room I paid for wasn't even given to me as an option but I paid for it. This lady that helped me gave me a messed up room (Not that it was untidy) however the room didn't have what was advertised, e.g Air Con. I mean it's always humid here in Durban and that's exactly what me and my partner always want in our room since we have it in our home. The lady that assisted in checking in was made aware of the faults and she then decided to go home without sorting them out after I had went down to the reception twice and the second time I stayed there cause I didn't get any assistance after 30 minutes of our arrival. They had the liver to tell us we won't get a refund if we leave but they're at fault. Basically they forced us into staying since we weren't comfortable anymore. I even told the elderly lady that ended up assisting that you can't purchase something based on adverti*****t and be good with everything and everyone if you can't see what you paid for, it makes no sense.
