Yhoooo - I made a mistake with my booking - I asked them to change my booking- they kept giving me numbers to call until they blocked my numbers- They told me there’s nothing they can do I must just rebook - no refund not amendments nothing- I have lost that money for booking-The booking haven’t even come yet- they can still sell or rent it out the room to someone else- but they were not willing to assist- until they blocked my calls - wowww
Wait until you have a problem.They will never assist you .I made an error in my booking dates-I asked them to change for me as I arrived at the hotel- after long calls - they said unfortunately they can not assist me - I need to rebook for the days I want - I won’t get a refund and I won’t change dates.I kept begging them -they told me to contact the hotel and ask them to change- making me a fool knowing tht the booking was via them -they then blocked my call from contacting them and acted as if there’s a network problem-They will tell you they have billed there’s nothing they can do .I even asked them to penalise me if they have to buy saying there’s nothing they can do - wowww
