Was trying to relocate since 20 December. None of the contact numbers provided allows me to talk to a consultant to assist. I finally got hold of them via email after two days of phoning every hour. They contacted me with a call after all paperwork work was completed they logged me for a appointment 3 days later. That Wednesday morning no contact again. I had to drive into the shop to get a confirmation (twice). They showd up the afternoon late with a big thunder storm overhead so they couldn't finish the job. I was promised again for a appointment on the Friday to finish the job. This morning no contact again and I had to go into the shop again for confirmation, no definite answer again. They phone me after a hour telling me all technicians did not show up for work so they had to move my appointment one again to tomorrow. I feel for all other clients that have problems and can't even log a fault. Very poor company to gat in contact with. So frustrated and still no internet. Paying for a service that's not provided.
Had a great stay with Parade Hotel. We booked in for two nights. Unfortunately the agent we used mes up our booking (agado). We did not receive a room even close to our requests. The staff was very helpful and made sure we were a little bit more comfortable the 1st night, by the second night we were fully sorted with all that we asked for. Thank you Parade Hotel for helping out where it was possible. Thank for the friendly staff and all the good times.
Spur Falcon lake Bloemfontein. What a wonderful experience. Our waiter Niel was such a delight, he was so helpful and friendly and couldn't ask for any better service. The food was also super delicious. Once again thanks to Spur and Niel for giving us such a wonderful evening out.
Burger king Kimberly. I used to love going there, but they changed my mind completely. It's the third time visiting this branch that they served me HOT cool drinks, when i askd for ice "there is no ice". We where planning on having a nice sit down with family but the store was so hot we decided to leave and rather go sit in the street to have our meal.
I have been banking with capitec for over 13 years, I made a new card about a year ago the expiration date is year 2029, it works every where I go except at capitec arms. I went into the branch and they told me to make a new card at extra charges. I used my old gold card till the expiration date. I am so unhappy with capitec. They wil soon loose a old client...
What poor service, I bought a PlayStation4 for toys r us Kimberley about 2 months back and the remote was giving me problems with buttons not working. I took the remote back in order for it to get fixed under warranty, after 2 weeks of returning the remote I haven't heard anything back from them. I phoned to check the progress, they said they are glad I phone because they lost my number and they ask me to pay the currier to send away the remote. They try to help and said that they feel it's not fair for me to pay any fees because the remote is under warranty. So I let them go their way, after a week i went back to the store where I met the assistant manager, she said that head office confirm'd to come pick up the remote. Three weeks later and still no response what so ever, I phoned again and then they came up with the same old story. It's seems like they are dragging time for my warranty to expire. I am very unsatisfied with Toys r us. This is how they loose business.
I have or had a loan at Capfin. I pay all my installments till the last debit order. I thought my account was payd and closed just to find them phoning me the next day to tell me that my account is in areas with round about R70 and that i should make a payment of R100(interest) before the day is done. I told them that i am unable to pay that amount and that i would pay it at the end of the month. They where so kind to send me a reference number to make the payment by then. After about 16days the 21st of the month i reserved a payment to go on a business trip and they debit ordered a full amount of R600. I reversed the amount just to mind them sending me R400 back the next day. This is very poor of the company after i have made a arrangement, and now i have to pay interest on that amount as well. And call them again to get a reference number. And for my luck today they are closed because of month end. And every day the interest get more and more. Terrible terrible company, they make the suffering just suffer more.
I was super exited about the new (smoky dunk burger) today, drove to kfc only to find no hamburger buns. Staff informed me at 10:30 the morning that the truck is only one town away. I drove back the evening at 20:30 only to get no buns again. The kfc menu for of burgers but no buns. My excitement is up in smoke just like that new burger.
<p>I went to capital bank tree times to apply for a loan. First they said my companie don't have a registration numbers, after retrieving that I went back so they could send it to forensics. I went back again to find that they say companie is not register at trancunion. I have apply for a loan here before and it was approved. It feels like my bank can't help me any more and I have been banking here for very long. They say you build your name at a bank the more you use them... not this one. I'm be forced to close my account here.</p>
