Its been over a month now since last Wesley Gabriels promised to return my money with no contact at all. Went to the home address listed on his quotes to serve small claims court paperwork but was told they don't know such a person...

I would like to make people aware to please not do any business with Wesley Gabriels. I paid a deposit on 10 November a month ago he was to start the following Monday to which on the day he excused himself. He then came the Thursday and never to be seen again until yesterday almost 3 weeks later. Never picks up my calls and only sends messages with apologies and excuses. After eventually calling the supplier myself to find out what the delay with the unit was, was i told he never ordered it. He then gave me a story that it was ordered from another supplier.... whom I also called and was told they closed his account with them.... I don't see an option here to upload all our chats and proof of me trying to call him but will log it onto his other pages for all to see. After yesterday I asked for a cancelation as he has done nothing in 3 weeks but provide excuse after excuse I just want my money back as he made this a very disappointing experience.... he advised to get back to me by this morning but still nothing after 4 messages and 12 calls. I am going to make a case against him.

Zero Aftercare, Poor Workmanship – Beware!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After a pleasant start during installation in Sept 2024, our experience with Wesley turned into an ongoing issue of poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior. The first winter rains revealed serious installation flaws that led to repeated flooding inside our home. What followed was delay, blame-shifting, and subpar “repairs” - all of which I have documented. Key issues: First heavy rain (June 2025) caused water to flood into the house through a large, unsealed hole where piping had been run. Wesley took no accountability, offered no apology, and only came out once the rain had cleared. He spent 10 minutes applying sealant, then invoiced for “repair work” on what was clearly his own incomplete job. A week later it flooded again - water and sealant were found inside the house. It took him over a week to respond to follow-up messages. No urgency shown. I had discovered the trunking was left open at the top, funnelling water into the wall. When I pointed this out, Wesley accused me of tampering and said I had “an attitude.” He also did not want to close up the trunking as requested, and only did so because I insisted that all point of entry for water must be sealed off. He begrudgingly sealed the top, but used a non-waterproof putty, which cracked within two weeks. The leak returned for a third time! I called in a professional builder who: Found multiple unsealed areas Confirmed the original large hole was still exposed Fixed everything properly in over an hour — for one-third the cost Wesley had attempted to charge. I have photos, videos, and a detailed builder’s report confirming all of this. Wesley’s public response to my review was defensive, inaccurate, and falsely accused me of tampering with the installation. My advice: Get a second opinion before hiring this company - or avoid them altogether.

I do NOT recommend Wesley Gabriels and Paradigm Cooling for domestic air conditioning installations. Wesley promised me that he knew how to repair the ceiling in my apartment properly, after he opened it up for the piping, to install my Daikin Air Conditioning unit . This was not true, and he left my ceiling looking terrible! I now have to pay R5400.00 for a ceiling company to repair the complete mess he made to 4 patches in my ceiling board of my kitchen and dining area. I asked him to pay for the repairs, or at least half the cost, but he has totally ignored my 2 emails to him.
