Its been over a month now since last Wesley Gabriels promised to return my money with no contact at all. Went to the home address listed on his quotes to serve small claims court paperwork but was told they don't know such a person...
Emailed for a quotation which was received very quickly. I then requested a site inspection to make sure if any additional materials or charges will be applicable and specially said that someone will only be available until 12. When no one pitched i called 12.30 and was told by the lady that she would share my details with the technician who would call me. After almost an hour of no one reaching out I called backed and she said Kyle the technician said he could only come between 6 and 7 that evening. I told her that this was not a very good start and that they confirmed the time with me 3 days prior at least someone could have notified me and keep me informed, I then told her that if they don't want the business I can go elsewhere and she then proceeds to tell me I'm welcome to do that its my choice.... the nerve... I don't think businesses know what their staff gets up to..... needless to say bo one ever came out. Sale lost for 2 installations.
I would like to make people aware to please not do any business with Wesley Gabriels. I paid a deposit on 10 November a month ago he was to start the following Monday to which on the day he excused himself. He then came the Thursday and never to be seen again until yesterday almost 3 weeks later. Never picks up my calls and only sends messages with apologies and excuses. After eventually calling the supplier myself to find out what the delay with the unit was, was i told he never ordered it. He then gave me a story that it was ordered from another supplier.... whom I also called and was told they closed his account with them.... I don't see an option here to upload all our chats and proof of me trying to call him but will log it onto his other pages for all to see. After yesterday I asked for a cancelation as he has done nothing in 3 weeks but provide excuse after excuse I just want my money back as he made this a very disappointing experience.... he advised to get back to me by this morning but still nothing after 4 messages and 12 calls. I am going to make a case against him.
