<div>After many complaint, Paratus promise to fix the problem in our area. It does not help as they are doing nothing. We all pay for an uncapped 20 Gig line, but we are lucky if we get 1 Gig any time, it maight drop to as little as 0.1 Gig or just no internet. Paratus make sure to take their money each month, even if they can not produce what they say. If I want to cancel, the respose is to pay the outstanding balance on the contract, or they will sue me.
