Scam company

Worst courier company ever, l sent important documents on the 15th of December 2022 and l was told within 6days my parcel would have arrived and its been 2 months no parcel and l cnt track it.no one answers the emails and calls to help you, they just took my money and l paid 63 pounds for a quick delivery to South Africa from uk and l just wish l used DHL and I even sent email offering to collect but nothing till today and l wonder why uk post office still works with them after these reviews.
