I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received regarding my parcel PRG0095226250.
The parcel was dropped off on 2 February 2026, and has been “in transit” for almost a month. For the past two weeks, both the receiver and I have been calling and emailing support repeatedly with no resolution.
We were promised updates on multiple occasions: • Friday, 20 February • Wednesday by 13:00 • Thursday by 13:00 (final update to declare the parcel lost and issue the claims form) • A call back by close of business on Thursday • A final update the following morning
None of these promises were kept. Each time we followed up, we were given another deadline that was not met. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. We have spent weeks chasing for answers with no meaningful progress.
At this point, we simply want the parcel to be formally declared lost so that I, as the sender, can proceed with the claims process and refund the receiver. This situation has put both myself and my customer in a difficult position.
I can provide call logs and email records to support everything stated above.
This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service based on how this matter has been handled.
