Poor service and organisation

Fantastic service on our way to the Ed Sheeran concert - so efficient and organised. Our trip back, however, was much less desirable. After the concert finished at 10:30, we were waiting for buses to collect us to return us to the Dome for over 2 hours as people who had not booked the buses were allowed on without checking. With over 300 people left stranded until almost 1am, we were finally rescued by the Gautrain buses that were running much more efficiently. There should have been allocated and marked areas for each destination, as well as crowd control. And please, ensure that those getting on these buses have indeed paid for a ticket. I'm afraid we won't be using your service again.
