No Trust .!

Park Lodge Hotel, your receptionists can never be trusted with our own bank cards. Last night (02/08/2018) I checked in at the hotel just after 18:30, I paid with my bank card and I didn’t get my card back, the receptionist claimed that she gave it back but she didn’t and her colleague had the guts to ask her in front of me in her language if she took the card. This girl actually thought I would leave without realizing that I didn’t get my card back.

Anyway long story short, I decided to stop my card to avoid fraudulent transactions from going off my account.....but hey guess what, an hour later after stopping my card, the security was sent up to my room to give back my card with no apology or explanation from that receptionist. I’m very disappointed
