Stolen cellphone

I went to check in at the park lodge hotel and apartments in pretoria cbd on Friday 22 October 2021 at 15:00 with my partner and our check out was on sunday 24 October 2021 at 11Am, so what happened is that on Saturday 23 October 2021 at 19:20 we went out to have dinner and my phone(HUAWEI P30 LITE) was battery low then i decided to leave it on charge then we went out and came back at around past 11 pm and when we got in to our room we realized that something was wrong since some of the stuff was not where we left them and then immediately i went to check if my phone was fully charged only to find out that it was not there,we both panicked and started looking around then we went to the bathroom and the bathroom messy and showing that someone came in through the bathroom's window and left it wide open with lotions and towels on the floor. We then went to report the matter to the security and they went to check what happened and they took photos and said to us that we should not worry because there are cameras so they will review them on Sunday morning then we slept and on Sunday morning we went to the reception and we were transferred to mr maela the general manager of the hotel who said to us that the person who works with the cameras will report on duty on monday the 25th October 2021 so they will check what happened and then give me a call,he assured me that he will get to the bottom of this matter since it's the incident to happen ever since they were operating and i had faith in him then on monday they called and said to me that the cameras did not review anything so they are still going to check again and they will call me back,they called me again today on Wednesday 27 October saying to me that the cameras were not operating from the side where the incident happened and they unfortunately cant help me and i asked if they still have the pictures thet they took and they said no.
