LIARS, THEIVES AND ATROCIOUS SERVICES - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I used this service on the 20th to 27th October and paid in total R295 for the atrocious service received! When I handed my car over, my petrol tank was 3/4 full and my car was in clean and working condition. I received my car back with my sound system not working correctly, a funny wet smell in my car and my petrol tank on empty. I was told the driver had to take a different route - at no point was I advised that my car would be take off site. I have been messaging and calling Jack continuously since this happened and have been promised a refund and yet nothing to date has been received. Each time I call, he tells me he has submitted everything to accounts. He has given me a number of a gentleman called Intiaz (apparently the CEO) - well his number only goes straight to voicemail. I have messaged Jack every day and my messages are ignored, all I have requested is for a refund of my petrol and the fee's paid, yet no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY ALL TOGETHER ! DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE LIARS AND THEIVES.
