Park to Fly ORtambo Company. Don't use them, your vehicle is at high risk!
I've booked their service for 3 weeks. They fetched the car at the airport and did inspections, which all was fine. On return they delivered the car half a hour late, with broken windscreen. However on receiving the car, the driver quickly dropped the keys and disappeared immediately. Only later we discovered the damaged windscreen and did report it immediately, even sending pictures of the damage while still at the airport. Over and above, they delivered the car with empty fuel tank and it was clear that somebody did also smoke in the car while using it. After contacting them, they first said they will escalate to higher management, thereafter they never answered my phone calls anymore. The conclusion is: Nobody should use this company under any circumstances. The are lying to you and if something will happen to your car you will sit with damage, because they would just ignore it! Most probably they are not insured and therefor your vehicle is at high risk.

Don't use Park to fly ORTambo!!
I have some concerns about my recent experience with Park to fly. The driver was an hour late to bring the car on Sunday 28th of April. My plane landed just after 7:00. I was out of the airport at 7:35 and sent a photo of my location. They confirmed they will send the driver. At 7:59 I asked again as I was waiting for 30min. They called me and notified me that the driver had a flat tyre. The driver came about 8:30 which was an hour of waiting. I checked the boot to see the flat tyre. The driver explained he hit a pot hole. The tyre is completely destroyed and mag damaged. I paid the driver in cash R600 as per agreement. The car was stinking of smoke. Somebody had smoked in the car. This is not acceptable. Then I realized that the tank was near empty. The car was driven for at least 200km while it was in your care. Please advise what is the next step for me to rectify this issue? Please ask the owner of the company to contact me? When I went to replace the tyre I realized that it is a different brand from what I normally put on car. I suspect they swapped the mag and rim with another car. I have used them before with great service but this time I was unimpressed by the service. I have requested the owner or manager contact me a few times to discuss with no response what so ever. Rather pay the Airport parking fees than trust these people with your vehicle.

Terrible company, rather use someone else
I parked my car with them for 2 weeks and they drove it over 300 kms as well as damaged the front bumper. They did not even put fuel to cover the mileage they drove. They refuse to give any explanation and just keep brushing me off. Nobody is prepared to answer. The car was supposed to remain parked off
