Guarantee offered is meaningless - they won't even come and see you if there is a problem

We had about 200 square metres of paving completed in 2014. Some of this is beginning to "sag" and needs to be re-lifted and the ground compacted correctly. Despite the advertised "5 year guarantee" we have been unable to get anyone to come out - even to look at the problem.... They are, according to their quote, a "founder member of the MBA" but the MBA appears to be unable to assist either. Parkmor claims, on their website, that they only receive compliments... I can assure you that that is not true, I have been trying to sort this matter out since last year...
