162kms added to mileage - my car was driven

I had a very negative experience recently with ParkVia and suggest you are extremely cautious before using their service. While my car was supposedly safely parked for 2 days, it was returned to me with 162 kms added to the mileage and so had clearly been used by the parking operator (called Park and Smile)! This was a huge breach of trust and the expected safe parking service I paid for. When I complained to ParkVia, they refused to get involved at all, saying they are merely the booking agent and I need to deal with the service provider directly - who I am yet to get a response from. There has been no recourse or assistance from ParkVia with what happened at all. While they may be the booking agent, it seems they have very low (or no) standards for their operators, for something like this to have been allowed to happen. All I can say is be VERY wary of this service.
