Great business.
I definitely don't understand the rest of the reviews of this business. I have personally shopped here numerous times, while service might not be out of this world. the owners are friendly and give great advice. My kids enjoy the birds and the prices are competitive.

Great business.

Scam store
Unpleasant Service , staff have a terrible attitude ! Bought some crickets only to see half were dead not to forget they used a bigger container and doubled there price . If you want to spoil a good day shop there Highly recommend that you don’t visit that scam pet shop.

Caution Parrot lovers: You May leave a healthy pet and come back to him on deaths door
Dear pet lovers I write this review with tears in my eyes and a very heavy heart. We had a beautiful healthy African Grey parrot that we handed over with complete trust to be looked after at the parrot Inn in Centurion while we went on holiday overseas in December. We went to pick him up this afternoon. We noticed the following things: The cage that Akbar was in was very very dirty and looked like it was not cleaned for weeks. My beautiful bird looked very thin and non responsive. We rushed him to the vet in Centurion and he passed away at 7pm this evening. My family ( husband, children , helpers and myself) are in shock and devastated. The vet indicated that his crop ( stomach) was empty and that he may have had a severe infection. I left a perfectly healthy bird a month ago at the Parrot Inn and now he is dead. I cannot understand why they did not contact us to inform us that he was ill/ unwell. Even this afternoon when my husband went to pick him up they did not mention anything. I really would like to caution parrot lovers about leaving their parrots at the Inn. We love Akbar and May his soul Rest In Peace in Bird Heaven

Pathetic Client Service
About two weeks ago I bought a parrot cage from Parrot Inn in Centurion. Located just across the More restaurant. I paid for the unit (R3,775.00) and asked to only pick it up after the long weekend. My daughter went to pick it up on Monday 12/08/2019. It was loaded onto her bakkie by the staff of Parrot Inn. When she arrived at home, I was there and we offloaded the cage. It was then that I noticed that the drawer at the bottom was bent badly. I requested my daughter to take it back the next day. When she arrived at the Parrot Inn informing the staff/owner that she would like the drawer changed, she was treated very bad and unprofessional. Firstly she was told that is was she who damaged the item and they will not replace it. Then she was told that this is "the only one in the country" and there is no replacement available. The then pounded the damaged area to look "better". My daughter (21 years old) was treated so bad by the male that she actually do not want to go there again. I decided to keep the damaged unit, but I just want to inform pet lovers to stay away from this establishment. Their attitude stinks and there is absolutely no customer service approach there. Look out for damaged stuff when you want to and buy there!!!!!
