Terrible service from Parthenon Dry Cleaners, Rondebosch

I am no longer recommending, or giving Parthenon Dry Cleaners in Rondebosch, my business. In the past year, my bedding was returned with blue washing (liquid?) stains, and they blamed it on their washing machines. The staff refused to take responsibility for it and had a bad attitude and grudgingly agreed when I asked them to bleach the stained goods. The next time I brought my duvet cover to their laundry, it came back with small holes and cuts in it in one corner - as if the door of their front loader had caught on it. I showed them the photos of this, and asked them to respond. Not possible, the owner was overseas. By the time a month later, he had returned, and with subsequent washes my duvet cover disintegrated because of these holes. They have refused to replace it. In the past I've also experienced a loss of a clothing item given to them to wash, which they refused to replace. Terrible service.
