Do not fall for the free cut and blow dry trick.

Partners Hair Cape Gate will NEVER see me again after today. I went to the mall to get something to eat by the food court section while I was approach by one of the staff that is working there. This guy came running after me to ask if I want a free cut and blowdry and I said yes. I had to be there at 15:00. At 15:00 I went there and we checked my hair and I said only the dead ends please. He even showed me the length it that it will be cut and I was satisfied. I got suspicious when I was told to sit on the next chair to get my hair washed and treatment which was not mentioned before. Everything went except when it come to the styling. The guy told me I am here for a new style and I felt already extremely anxious and I said I do not like the idea of a bob or extremely short hair because of the work I am doing. Unfortunately when it came to the cutting part I saw the length the 1st part of my hair at the back was cut and I was already freaking out and tried not to make a scene. The person that oversees the student had to correct him several times and it got so bad to a point where I burst into tears because of how my look came out. I was even told afterwards that they will not charge me for because of how the result came out so meaning the whole "free service" was utter bull****. NEVER EVER FALL for that trap. I need to get extensions for the damage control.
