Bad communication

Hi, I have placed a order with PartyNet for my kids birthday party that will be happening this coming week-end. Biggest problem I have is the communication. They take their time to communicate with you regarding your order. I placed my order about a week ago. They said the supplier has stock when I followed up numerous times they said the supplier didn't deliver. I ask for a refund as from this morning but no one responds. I have lost 500 rand! Very disappointed in their service !
