Terrible service received from Rhonda, or rather none at all. Running a **** of taking people's money. Requested assistance to renew a passport, as advertised- que for you!!! Paid for service then spent 3 hours waiting in home affairs. Tried calling to find out what the process is, only to have the phone put done on me. All that was offered was to make an appointment online( this is free and anyone can do it) home affairs advised appointment system no longer works and we need to stand in line. Charging people for a service that is free is just shocking!!! Requested a refund with no response. Do NOT use Passport 2000! All a ****!!!
