This is one business you want to avoid dealing with, firstly they are very dishonest & they don't know how to speak the truth. Make sure you use email to communicate with them, so you can have paper trail. Which I did, thank goodness. I recently invested on a property, but the property had issues that needed to be resolved while the process of purchasing was in motion. I went through hell and back dealing with Pat Haley, long story short. Had my name blacklisted for a R580 that they were trying to extort from me. Never mind the investment of R450 000 on a property and yet be blacklisted for R580, R130 for a letter of demand and R450 (emailed her proof of purchase/invoice) I used to replace a door look that Pat Haley was suppose to replace as stipulated in the Offer to Purchase agreement. Instead she used a very cheap lock, that from the day they installed it. Felt like it could pop out at anytime and never mind how many times I brought this to her attention. Totally ignored my emails or did care to say the least. Right now I'm busy consulting with Estate Agency Affairs Board regarding this matter. This corrupt tendencies cant be viewed as normal. It's time consumers did something about this abuses.
