Mr. Slabbert, the Sales Manager went beyond the call of duty by arranging a service and warranty part replacement on my Corolla 1.2XS, at the Constantia branch, despite the sale transaction having taken place in 2020 already. Now that's what I call " after sales service." He could easily have turned me away because the dealership no longer have a vested interest in the car. Kudos to you, Sir. The motor vehicle industry needs more salesmen and managers like you.
