A company that is serious about business

I bought a 3.5m Augusta Gazebo from Patio Lace in April 2019. My property needed some reconstruction to accommodate the gazebo so it stood in my garage for the best part of two (2) years. After completion of the 3.7m base in March 2021 we opened the well packed gazebo just to find the that we had received a 3m one. I phoned Adrian at Patio Lace to tell him of the dilemma. After a few checks to confirm my order, he honoured our ageement and replaced the items needed to upgrade the gazebo within a week. Dont need any more proof that this company appreciates their customers and is serious about business.
