Cannot complain about a service because there is none!

Been here at 07h30 to wait to open a file to see a Dr. My husband has schizophrenia. Told the sister that. Wait now for two hours standing in the rain outside to try open a file. Old people and mothers with children also have to wait outside. Is this what you get in South Africa. What a disgrace!
