Non Exisistant Help
Been here from this morning 09h00. The medical personnel took my blood pressure and sugar count. Coughing for 6 months .... struggle to breath.... it is past one and been not attended too. Feeling very sick. Still waiting to sse a Dr.

SKYNET - NON EXISTANT WHEN TRYING TO TRACK PARCEL!!!!!!!
Hi, Hope this email finds you well. Should not have a rating with this company (SKYNET). Try to track my parcel from Temu. There whatsapp number is non existant - 087 106 9954. Send mail to this email address customerservice@skynet.co.a - unsuccessful. Try to track my parcel through Temu and SKYNET, but unsuccessful. This is soooooooo frustrating. It is just if SKYNET do not exist when trying to track. Very disappointed in this company. They should not be in business. Regards Lorraine

UBER DRIVER - PAARL - NEVER PICK UP PASSENGER OR RETURN FEE
Request Uber this morning and on the app it show my driver was 3 minutes away and excepted my request. The money went automatically off my bank account. The driver never picked me up at all!!!!!!!!!!! Did not reverse the fee. Report this at Uber on the app, but with no response.

NO SERVICE AT ALL
Good day, Trying to get a camping site now for two days. Went to the office at Voortrekker Park to book camping site and been inform that I have to go online or phone to make a booking. Gave me a telephone contact number. +27 21 444 6919. Nobody for two days answer the phone. Try online booking, but also unsuccessful. Cannot complain about the service, because there is none. Just another sick situation in South Africa today. They don't have an email service at all!!!!!

Simply Asia Paarl - Not good example of good business practice
Good day. Should not even get one star. People sleeping on the veranda and it stink like urine in the morning when passing by. This will make that we will never go and eat there. Also the manager sit most of the time on his cellphone and this is not giving a good impression of service in this restaurant.

Unreliable Public Transport
Good day, Really very disappointed in Uber Rides. Got this app for a long time on my phone, but lately it is not worth having. Unreliable and a disgrace public transport. Saturday the 24th June 2023 where trying to get a ride from Paarl Mall Cecilia Street to Bossa Nova Paarl Main Street. Try numerous times on the app (see 4 cars in the area on the map) not even one respond. Try from 17h15 to 18h16 and had to walk home in darkness and a dangerous zone near the station. Also message for help on the app three times. Will never make use of Uber ever again. Lorraine Botes

THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE TO ENDURE FROM OUR GOVERNMENT
Hi, Sorry to have rate them one star, because they don't even deserve that. My son's fiancé went down with a possible appendix..... try to phone for the last hour to find out if she is ok. Cannot get through to registration, security or emergency. Nobody answer the phone. Really frustrated and worried. Is this what you get in South Africa not having money to pay for a hospital like Medi Clinic. No service at all. I can see why so many people emigrate. The ones without money just have to suffer in this country. Regards Lorraine

Cannot complain about service because there is none
File open after two hours thirty minutes. Now a further 3 hours still not see a Dr to arrange for a appointment with a psychologist and get medication. This is really frustrating!

Been here at 07h30 to wait to open a file to see a Dr. My husband has schizophrenia. Told the sister that. Wait now for two hours standing in the rain outside to try open a file. Old people and mothers with children also have to wait outside. Is this what you get in South Africa. What a disgrace!

TRANSUNION - INFORMATION NOT CORRECT OR UPDATED!!!!!!!!
Good day, Very disappointed with Transunion Credit Bureau. The information on the once of credit report they send me is not correct. Try to get hold of them this last week and struggle. My credit report show that they remotely did not update for the last two years...... This is really frustrating. I try to phone and when get through to an assistant... you just get cut of. I have been sequestrated and paid of my debt October 2020. Also got a letter from my curator that I can buy a car. I want to send the information to Transunion, but with no success. Would also like if know if somebody can tell me where to report this union. Kind Regards Lorraine Botes
