Claim to process refunds with documents without details and you never receive you refund.

This company does not honour its refund process instead they produce documents without details and only the amount of your refund which you never receive . I was told that my refund would be processed on on the 14/08/2025 . Today is the 25/08/2025 and still no refund in my account. Do not trust this company at all.
