This company does not honour its refund process instead they produce documents without details and only the amount of your refund which you never receive . I was told that my refund would be processed on on the 14/08/2025 . Today is the 25/08/2025 and still no refund in my account. Do not trust this company at all.
Stay away from this company when it comes to refunds. They claim to process refunds .They show you POP without bank details and you never receive you refund.
First class service from Greg at Mr Mobility . He was calm and helped me through the set up of my over bed table. I am not the easiest customer to deal with but with his excellent manner and service all was sorted out. Thank you Greg once again for helping me set the table up. I can highly recommend Mr Mobility.
After all the good reviews i went a and purchased the lux tilting over bed table. What a piece of junk i can see why it was on special. This is very poorly designed table with it leans over at about thirty degrees and with the result anything placed on it lands on the bed. I contacted Greg from customer support who emailed me back to see if he could assist. After trying out the suggestions the table still leans over. I sent an email requesting that the time be returned and a refund passed . I got no response to my e mail. I the contacted the company by phone and was told Greg would contact me which of course he did not.They might have better products however this is not one of them. What irks me that they refuse to take responsibility for a poor product. The design has changed and is not the same as appears on their website.
Beware of this company. They do accept responsibility for virtually any circumstance. I had a need to ship back a two way radio to the agents a couple of months ago. i tracked the item and within one day it said that it had been delivered to Port Elizabeth. I realized this was impossible as this was shipped from Pietermaritzburg via Durban . I contacted the agents and they had not received the radio. I then contacted The courier Guy who indicated that the item had been delivered. Long story short the vehicle delivering the item had caught alight and all the contents destroyed. I then had to submit claims more than once which was annoying. Three months later i am informed that they would compensate me the grand total of R1000,00. The standard microphone supplied with the radio is nearly twice that amount. The Courier Guy does not even hold their own employees responsible should an item be stolen. The point here is that they would have been covered by insurance for the vehicle and its contents yet they will only pay a thousand rand thus making a profit from the destroyed items . Do not use this company if you require your goods to arrive safely at its destination. I will never use this company again. No doubt they will justify their actions with along list of standard conditions. If this is customer service in South Africa i could have got the same service from the Post office. South Africans use courier companies precisely for a better service. This service is pathetic.
