Bad Service at Paul’s Ice Cream – Sandton City

Hi there,

I just want to let you know about a bad experience I had at your Sandton City Stall yesterday.

I was there at around 10:35 AM and waited at the counter for about five minutes, but no one helped me. The lady working there had blue earphones in and didn’t respond, even though I called out for assistance a couple of times. She was busy doing something at the back of the stall and didn’t seem to notice me at all.

I really love your ice cream, it’s one of my favourites, so I was really looking forward to getting some. That’s why I’m so disappointed. I’ve also worked in retail before and I know that if you’re alone in the store, you need to keep an eye on what’s happening at the front.

If needed, the mall’s security cameras can confirm what happened. I hope this can be looked into and sorted out.
