Hi there, I just want to let you know about a bad experience I had at your Sandton City Stall yesterday. I was there at around 10:35 AM and waited at the counter for about five minutes, but no one helped me. The lady working there had blue earphones in and didn’t respond, even though I called out for assistance a couple of times. She was busy doing something at the back of the stall and didn’t seem to notice me at all. I really love your ice cream, it’s one of my favourites, so I was really looking forward to getting some. That’s why I’m so disappointed. I’ve also worked in retail before and I know that if you’re alone in the store, you need to keep an eye on what’s happening at the front. If needed, the mall’s security cameras can confirm what happened. I hope this can be looked into and sorted out. Thanks, Kabelo

During our visit, my girlfriend went to use the bathroom, which is designed as a shared space. While she was inside, a man mistakenly entered. As she was leaving, he continued to stare at her in an inappropriate and unsettling manner, leaving her feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. I strongly believe that the current restroom setup poses a security risk, particularly for female patrons. I urge you to consider implementing measures to prevent such incidents in the future. This could include clearer signage, better locks, improved separation of facilities, or even a staff presence near the area to enhance safety. I am very disappointed with HomeChoice for not responding to my ***** complaint. I reported this more than 72 hours ago, which is longer than their promised response time, but I still have no update. My Case Details: • Reference number: 1289900 • Call reference: 51210990 (I spoke with Yoneliswa) • Affidavit submitted to prove this was ***** I have followed up several times, but no one has confirmed that the *****ulent account has been canceled or that I will not be held responsible for any transactions made under my name. I need written confirmation that this account has been canceled and that I am not liable for any charges. If I do not receive a response soon, I will be forced to take further action. The service at Decathlon has consistently been poor. My friends and I frequently book the indoor soccer pitch for specific times, yet every time we arrive, we encounter different individuals already playing. When we inquire about the situation, we are provided with no valid explanation and are simply told to wait until we can access the pitch. Today, despite booking for 09:30, we were not able to begin until 10:30. This level of service is unacceptable; we are paying customers and should not be treated as if we are inconveniencing the staff. Management has shown a lack of concern for our repeated complaints, prompting me to escalate the matter through this complaint.
My card is declining deposits into my forex broker account. I went to the bank to get help, they gave me a number I should phone, I phoned the number and they referred to another number and then that number referred to another departments number and then another one. I was referred to different departs 6 times. Ive been placed on hold for the past 30 minutes with the department they last referred me to. This is not how customer service should be. No way!
